4. Release Suction Pressure: Press the pressure release button as needed.

5. Set Heating Temperature: Adjust the heating setting for a comfortable experience.

6. Apply to Target Areas: Place the device on areas with cellulite or tension (thighs, stomach, back, arms). Move it slowly in upward, circular motions for 5–10 minutes per area. Do not leave the cup stationary — always keep it moving to avoid bruising.
