Your skin constantly sheds 30,000 to 40,000 dead cells per minute.
If dead skin cells are not removed effectively, they can lead to a dull, dry, and flaky complexion, and even clog pores and hair follicles. As we age, the skin renewal process slows down, and dead skin cells can accumulate, potentially making the skin look dull. Thankfully, we have found the solution to your dull, flaky skin!
Which way do I brush?
When using the dry brush, start at your ankles and work your way up your body with short brush strokes upward. Dry brushing is often used to stimulate lymphatic drainage, which helps your body remove toxins. The lymph system flows toward the heart, so brushing upwards (from feet to thighs, hands to shoulders) encourages proper lymph movement and circulation.
Gently exfoliate, smooth, and refresh your skin with our natural boar hair and bamboo dry brush.
The round shape and anti-slip strap offer easy grip and control, while the soft yet firm bristles make it perfect for dry brushing or use in the shower.
Ideal for first-time users or as part of your complete Sculptheory™ body care routine. Recommended for use before your Sculptheory™ cupping session.

Have questions?
How do you use the dry-bristle brush?
The Anti-Cellulite Dry Bristle Brush is best used before the shower when your skin is dry. This allows the bristles to best remove any dead skin that is sitting on the surface.
It can also be used in the shower with your preferred body wash. Be mindful that due to the nature of the bamboo, it can become mouldy overtime if not dried correctly.
Simply place your hand at the back of the brush in the strap and start at the ankles or wrists. Move in upward-stroke motions with confident pressure on the desired area. Over-stimulation can lead to redness, however it will disappear shortly after. Best used before your cupping session
Is it safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women?
Yes! Because there is no heat, infrared or chemicals, the brush is perfectly safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women. However, steer clear of the tummy area and focus on areas of thighs, legs, buttocks, arms and back. Always consult a healthcare provider first.
Can I purchase this as a bundle?
Absolutely! We have bundles available on the product pages, which works out to be cheaper when you buy our Cupping Massager together with the Magic Oil and Brush - bonus!
How often should you use the brush?
Dry brushing should be done 2-3 times per week for most people, though some may tolerate daily dry brushing. It's best to start with less frequent brushing (once a week) and gradually increase frequency as your skin adjusts. If you have sensitive skin, stick to once every couple of weeks to avoid irritation.
Use before each cupping session with your Sculptheory™ Body-Sculpting Cupping Massager
Does dry brushing actually help reduce cellulite?
Dry brushing can improve the appearance of cellulite by stimulating circulation and promoting lymphatic drainage, which may reduce fluid retention and puffiness. While it doesn’t permanently eliminate cellulite alone, it helps smooth and firm the skin's appearance over time. Use this in conjunction with our firming oil and cupping device for optimum results.
How long does it take to see results?
Many customers report feeling smoother skin after just a few uses. Visible improvement in skin texture and tone may take 2–4 weeks of consistent use, depending on your skin type and frequency.
Is it good for exfoliating my skin?
Yes! The natural bristles are designed to remove dead skin cells, unclog pores, and leave your skin feeling softer, smoother, and more radiant.
Can I use oils with it?
For dry brushing, apply oils after brushing. For wet brushing, you can use it with a body wash, but avoid oils during brushing to preserve the natural bristles.
Can I use it on my face or sensitive areas?
No, avoid sensitive areas like the face. Use it on arms, legs, back, abdomen, and buttocks. Avoid very sensitive areas.
What is the brush made of?
The bristles are made from natural boar hair, known for its durability and exfoliating power. The backing is made from natural bamboo so it may become mouldy if left wet.
